Aaah, Mateo from Gamut here. I noticed you were needing to adjust the roller on your dual. We designed the roller axle just like our adjustable single ring guides. The axle is threaded into the boomer which makes it micro-adjustable. Simply loosen the back nut with a 14mm wrench and back the roller out towards the bash with a 4.5mm hex (allen ) a turn or two.
